Which is most important?

I will vote for Josh Fenton Glynn, but in complete honesty I would vote for a tea cosy with a criminal record before a Tory, but I have to question his letter in last week’s paper.

At the beginning he assures us he would have voted against action in Syria, while at the end he claims he would listen to his constituents. This begs the obvious question what if his constituents were in favour of action? Which is most important to Josh; voting with the party, with conviction or reflecting the views of people who did or didn’t vote for you?

Craig Cheetham,

Dobroyd Road, Todmorden.
