At their last meeting, Todmorden Accident Prevention Council members paid their respects to Coun Anne James, who passed away in the summer.
Members recalled their friendship with Anne and her commitment to both the council and to Todmorden Town Council, agreeing they had lost a good friend who would be sadly missed.
