Ninety people attended Walsden CC’s celebration dinner at the club last Friday.
Comedian Pete Emmett and MC Bill Suthers, who named his all-time best Walsden XI, provided the entertainment as Walsden celebrated last year’s title successes in the Central Lancashire League.
There was a raffle with prizes kindly donated by The Top Brink inn, Gordon Rigg’s garden centre, the Shepherds Rest inn, Walsden Village Shop, Grandma Pollard’s chippy, Spicy Bites of Walsden and Mr and Mrs Roy Schofield.
The club has thanked Vanilla Kitchen for the catering.
