St Michael’s Church, Mytholmroyd, will be the first of four host venues for the Halifax based All Souls’ Amateur Operatic Society’s annual ‘Accent on Song’ concerts on Thursday, October 9, at 7.30 pm.
The 2014 programme contains many new items, including ‘I will follow Him’ from Sister Act and ‘Hallelujah’ from the Disney film Shrek as well as some old favourites from shows such as South Pacific, The Desert Song and Aspects of Love, as well as a number or two as a taster for the group’s 2015 production.

The other venues where the group will be performing the show at are: Friday, October 10, Square Chapel, Halifax; Saturday, October 11, St Jude’s Church, Savile Park, Halifax; and Thursday, October 16, at St Stephen’s Church, Lindley, Huddersfield.
All performances start at 7.30 pm.
