A CHARITY is appealing for volunteers to give a couple of hours a week to support parents.
Home-Start Calderdale will be running a volunteer course at the Fielden Centre, Todmorden, in January and hopes people will get involved and give their time to help other families.
The accredited course for people with parenting experience is free and all materials will be provided.
A spokesperson said volunteering provides great experiences and gives people a chance to give back to their local community.
