Suzanne Oulton took this overhead picture of Todmorden Schools’ packed Advent service at St Mary’s Church in the run up to Christmas.
The children were representing their Primary Schools and singing a selection of songs plus doing some readings.
Also present were Independent Living Group who performed a dance and the Mayor of Todmorden, Coun Michael Gill, and a number of civic guests - hence the number of “chains” on the left side of the church, says Susanne.
A cake was also given to Coun Gill for his birthday.
