Tickets for Calder Valley Youth Theatre’s Big Spring Concert are now on sale.
Spokesman Adrian Horton said: “Our Big Spring Concert is our annual concert open to everyone between the ages of 8-18 who wants to try out performing on a stage.
“We have some experienced children in this year’s concert, alongside around 15-20 new children who have never been in one of our shows. As a result we have around 50 children in this years concert and it is going to be one of the best yet.
“The show will be a showcase of serious talent and includes some amazing performances from our cast, if some of our rehearsals are anything to go by. Solos and chorus numbers will the order of the day with some other surprises along the way.”
The show takes place at the Ted Hughes Theatre, Calder High School, Mytholmroyd, on March 27 and 28. Adrian said that due to the very large cast and the capacity of only around 350 over the two nights, CVYT do expect to sell out so to ensure you get tickets, please call or text Linda Bradshaw on 07971 428759 or see a cast member for tickets. They are priced at £3 for children under 18 and £7 for adults.
