An appeal has been made to the Secretary of State for planning permission for a two-storey extension to a holiday cottage.
Finestreet Limited is seeking consent for the construction work at The Barn, Staups Lane, Todmorden.
The appeal will be made on the basis of an exchange of written statements and a site visit by an inspector.
