When we were in the Little Theatre recently, I picked up a leaflet entitled ‘Welcome to Hebden Bridge - Guide 2014’
Well produced, it captured all the charm of our town. Upon reading through it I was surprised that Little Theatre was not mentioned. So through your pages I hope to remedy that omission.
Little Theatre celebrates its 90th birthday this year, and almost 40 years in its present position at the end of Holme Street. Every year it produces a range of excellent plays, staged for six nights each time. Although this is an amateur theatre the standard is very professional and first class. It is an important part of Hebden Bridge past, present and future and I thoroughly recommend it.
