Three days of more than 40 beers, ales and ciders saw hundreds of people socialise at the 15th Todmorden Beer Festival.

Organised by Todmorden Cricket Club members at the Centre Vale, Burnley Road, Todmorden, ground and opening last Thursday teatime, the main function room of the pavilion featured the main selection of brews available, with a marquee outside housing continental draught and bottles beers, and wine.

The kitchen team provided food at each of the sessions, and there was also some musical entertainment on the Friday and Saturday nights.

On Friday musicians Carl and Stu delivered their own take on pop standards and certainly dressed for the occasion as Bavarian oompah players to deliver them.

There were two music spots on Saturday, with acoustic duo Michael and Tom while on Saturday evening the traditional closing festival concert was delivered by long time favourites the Travelling Windleburys, blending rock, blues, soul and R&B.

Ales from breweries from Durham to Sussex were represented but this year there were also featured beers from local breweries including Bridestones Brewery, Blackshaw Head, Hay Rake Brewery, Littleborough, Elland Brewery, Stone Fold Brewery, Haqlifax, and Hebden Bridge Brew8ing Company.
