No yellow lines means no action at a Todmorden road junction.
Todmorden Accident Prevention Council were told Calderdale Parking Services cannot address concerns about issues relating to vehicles parked at Bacup Road’s junction with Rochdale Road as there are no yellow line parking restrictions there.
