MUsician Chas Hodges still hopes to play in Hebden Bridge after his gig planned for Friday (July 13) was cancelled.
The singer - one half of the popular “rockney” duo Chas and Dave - was due to play at Hebden Bridge Little Theatre.
Gig promoter Ann Brown, a friend of Chas, said it had been a difficult decision to make and she apologised to people who had bought tickets, but the flooding had forced their hand.
She said: “Chas is very sad and hopes we can rearrange it. When the floods came, a lot of posters got taken out of windows. The weather was our biggest concern.”
